2. What data is collected
Only data you send voluntarily and technical data required to run the site:
- Contact details from a request: Telegram, name, task text.
- Correspondence in official channels (Telegram, e-mail, site form).
- Client Access sign-in via Telegram OAuth: Telegram ID, username, name — in the volume Telegram provides.
- Journal counters: a view and a finished read. A visit hash is stored, not a name and not a raw IP.
- Interface language cookie (derick-lang) and sign-in session cookie (derick_tg, HttpOnly).
3. Why it is needed
Data is processed only to:
- Reply and discuss the brief.
- Conclude and perform a service agreement.
- Sign in to the client portal and keep the session.
- Count journal views without an ad profile.
- Comply with the laws of the Russian Federation.
4. Who data is shared with
Third parties receive data only as needed for site services:
- Telegram — delivering requests to the bot and OAuth sign-in.
- Site hosting and infrastructure — storing and handling requests.
Ad networks, third-party analytics counters and trackers are not used. The contractor may involve assistants for individual technical tasks on an order while remaining fully responsible for confidentiality.
5. How long data is kept
- Correspondence and order materials are kept for the contract term and 14 days after work completion (warranty period), then deleted unless the law requires otherwise or the parties agree otherwise.
- The language cookie lives until you change locale or clear the browser.
- The Client Access session (derick_tg) lives 12 hours.
- The journal view hash is used only so the same visit is not counted twice.
On request the operator can provide an archive/export before deletion.
6. Your rights
You may:
- Ask what data is held about you.
- Ask to correct inaccurate data.
- Withdraw consent and ask for deletion, unless contract or law requires keeping it.
- Send a claim through official channels. Review period — up to 10 business days.

7. Client portal
Client Access signs in through Telegram OAuth of the same bot that receives requests. The session is stored in the derick_tg cookie (HttpOnly). Stages, files and payments in the cabinet belong to a specific order and are not used for ads.
