All services are provided individually, tailored to your needs and requirements. I work as a self-employed specialist, applying the special tax regime "Professional Income Tax".

A detailed technical specification (TS) is required to start. After agreeing on all details and cost, the work begins.
Usually, work starts after a prepayment of 50% or 100% of the order amount — depending on the agreement. If you propose a project or task that I have never done before, a prepayment may not be required. All terms are discussed individually.
Payment is made in stages or in full, depending on the agreement. By default, a 50% prepayment is required before starting work, the remaining 50% upon completion.
For new clients or projects over 100,000 rubles, 100% prepayment may be required. For long-term projects, phased payment according to an agreed schedule is possible.
Payment system fees, bank charges, and currency differences are paid by the client unless otherwise agreed.
Warranty and free fixes are provided for 11 days from the moment of delivery.
The warranty applies only to defects reproducible in the original environment with unchanged settings and data. The warranty does not cover: TS changes, third-party interference, updates/failures of external services, hosting/OS/browsers, and client-provided data/content.
After the warranty period, support is paid. An extra 1-month warranty can be purchased for 50% of the order price.
Before placing an order, it is extremely important to think through and agree on every detail of the future product. All wishes, features, and requirements must be included in the TS before work begins.
If something is not specified in the TS, it will not be implemented by default. This helps avoid misunderstandings and disappointment after delivery.
Any extra requests and changes not specified in the TS are estimated separately and formalized with an addendum.
Deadlines are planned based on input data and may be adjusted as the TS and technical context are refined. Time spent on research/diagnostics (R&D) is part of the work.
Deadlines are automatically extended for: waiting for responses/materials, external service downtime, changes not included in the initial TS, approvals with third parties.
I always notify of shifts in advance and provide an updated schedule.
Administration and retainer services are provided on a subscription basis (fixed term and monthly payment). Specific KPIs and scope are defined in the agreement/TS.
Such services do not have a final deadline for individual tasks and are performed within the paid period. Services not consumed by the client's initiative within the paid period are not carried over to the next month and are not compensated.
Third-party services, libraries, and open-source solutions may be used in the work. The cost of licenses/subscriptions is paid by the client. The availability and stability of third-party services are not guaranteed; failures are not considered a breach on my part.
If a third-party solution is refused, re-estimation of deadlines and cost is possible.
All provided materials and data are used solely for fulfilling your order and are not shared with third parties unless necessary. To complete the order, I may involve assistants or specialists for individual technical tasks, while maintaining full responsibility for the result.
All information and materials obtained during the work are not disclosed or transferred to third parties without consent, except as required by law.
Source materials and results are stored for 14 days after work completion (warranty period), then deleted. The client is responsible for backup and subsequent storage.
Upon request, I can provide an archive/export before deletion.
Claims and remarks are submitted in writing with specifics: link to module/file, expected behavior, actual behavior, reproduction steps. Review period — up to 10 business days.
After the warranty period, requests are processed on a paid basis.
